Free worldwide shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping (tracked but not insured) for orders of space clearing products totalling £225 or more in value, excluding VAT (20% sales tax for UK residents only). For orders that include a book or audiobook, we may need to send you a separate invoice for the additional cost of shipping, depending on the total weight of the parcel.

Tracking and insurance

At checkout, you will be offered a range of shipping options. If you choose to track and insure your package, we will do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible in the event of it being lost or damaged in transit, and we will pay a refund or replace the item(s) as soon as the claim is successful. If you do not choose a tracked and insured option, we cannot accept any responsibility in the event of a package being lost or damaged in transit and we will not re-ship the item for free or provide a refund or credit. We therefore highly recommend choosing a tracked an insured shipping option.

Delivery times

For orders received before 12 noon, we do our best to ship orders the same day or next business day, which usually means that international orders will reach their destination approx. 7 business days later, depending on the shipping option you have chosen, your location and other factors such as bad weather or Christmas delays. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and in some countries parcels can sometimes be delayed by customs for long periods. We are sorry to say that on the rare occasions when this happens, it is beyond our control.

Import Duties

In countries outside the UK, it’s possible you may be required to pay sales tax and import duties on orders received. Items made of wood may also be subject to quarantine regulations. Please be aware that all duties, fees and taxes associated with customs clearance or importation of your package will be your responsibility.

Returns

We rigorously check the quality of everything we ship so it is very rare for anyone to ever want to return an item. However, if you are not totally delighted with any product you purchase from our online store just return it within 30 days of receipt, unused and in a resalable condition, for an immediate refund.
