These beautiful altar decorations are handcrafted in gold-threaded cotton silk. They are laid on the altar in symbolic patterns to define the focus of a space clearing ceremony. Used by all professional space clearing practitioners trained by Karen Kingston, they are highly recommended for anyone space clearing their own home too. Creating an altar hugely increases the effectiveness of the ceremony.

This photo shows an example of an altar that can be created with the set of large colourizers that are included in the Large and Grand Space Clearing Kits, or can be purchased separately here. The altar cloth, bell, bell stand, harmony ball and stand are not included in the price of the colourizers but can be purchased separately too. You’ll need to make your own offerings!

Place a white colourizer on your space clearing altar when one of the main reasons for doing the ceremony is to create clarity in your life, or to simplify it in some way.

It can also be used when the focus is on purifying a space for special usage, such as creating a meditation room or a healing space.

Because of its strong association with purity, white is the colour most often used for a space clearing altar cloth. There’s no need to use a white colourizer if you’re using a white altar cloth. That would be an unnecessary duplication. But you can certainly use a white colourizer with an altar cloth of a different colour if an important aspect of the ceremony is creating purity, clarity or simplicity.

For frequencies of motivation, action & accomplishment

Use this colour if you need more motivation, action or accomplishment in your life, and especially if one of the main reasons you are doing the space clearing is to help you get started or keep going with clutter clearing. Place a red colourizer in the central vertical position of the altar for maximum effect.

The red frequency is also helpful for overcoming all kinds of procrastination and inertia, such as starting or finishing a project, achieving a goal, developing will, becoming more dynamic or decisive, and improving stamina or physical fitness.

For frequencies of passion & love of life

This vibrant fuchsia pink colourizer is used on a space clearing altar when part of the focus of the ceremony is on reigniting passion in a relationship or joy in life after a period of putting your own needs on the back burner to fulfil other commitments or responsibilities.

Yellow is a restorative colour, associated with sunlight. It revitalizes the spirit and is often used in a space clearing ceremony. Most people can use some extra hope, joy, and happiness in their life, after all.

It is also used in situations where life has become joyless, perhaps through being burdened with commitments or other circumstances that seem to be beyond your control. Or where hope is in short supply, due to a loss of some kind or an unexpected turn of events.

When health is part of the focus for a ceremony, use yellow and green colourizers together, placed symmetrically on opposite sides of the vertical axis of the altar. If health is the most important focus, a double central vertical axis using yellow and green colourizers side by side works even better.

It’s a good colour to use when fresh vitality is needed, or when creating harmony in a home is one of the main focuses of a ceremony.

Use green and yellow colourizers together, placed symmetrically on opposite sides of the vertical axis of the altar, when health is part of the focus for a ceremony. When health is the most important focus, use a double central vertical axis using green and yellow colourizers side by side.

Blue is one of the most frequently used colourizers because an essential aspect of space clearing is to facilitate a return to truth, integrity and purpose in your life, or at least a clarification of what this means for you.

It works particularly well placed in the horizontal base position of an altar to create an authentic foundation to rest your life on. If truth integrity or purpose are currently missing from your life, then it is better to place the colourizer in the even more important central vertical axis position, symbolizing the need for these qualities to become the core reference for every future decision you make.

Blue also has the effect of slowing things down, relaxing and regulating. It’s an excellent colour to use when life has become too hectic, to help restore important values and prioritize your life accordingly.
