Online Session Terms and Conditions
Online Sessions with Richard Kingston
These Terms and Conditions are designed to clarify how we will work together. Please read them carefully before booking a session.
Recording and AI-assisted note-taking
Recording, photographing, copying, transcribing, summarizing, or reproducing any part of an online session or a “Meet Richard” chat by any means is not permitted. This includes the use of AI-powered note-taking, transcription, recording, summarization, or similar technologies.
Advice and recommendations
As part of the services offered, you may be given certain insights into your life or your situation or be given advice or recommendations. However, Richard will never tell you that you must do something or must change in some way. The final decisions will be entirely yours. You therefore agree that he cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any decisions you may make.
Clutter clearing sessions
Richard will never tell you to dispose of any item. He may advise you and give you insights into how keeping clutter may be affecting you, but the final decision about whether you keep or dispose of any item will be yours. He therefore cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences of any decision you make. He will always endeavour to help you to identify items among your possessions that have potentially high market value. However, he is not a qualified valuer and does not have the expertise to identify items of special value or rarity. You therefore agree that he will not be liable if you choose to dispose of any such items.
Confidentiality
You may rest assured that all sessions will be confidential and Richard will never divulge any personal information provided by you. The only way that your situation may be mentioned to others is in the context of his writings or teachings, and this will only be done in such a way that you will be completely unidentifiable.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in the methods used in Online Clutter Clearing sessions and Personal Insight sessions are owned by Clear Space Living Ltd.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the meeting time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you need to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the session time, you can do so free of charge. If you reschedule within 48 hours of the meeting time, you will be charged 25% of the booking price.
In the unlikely event that Richard has to cancel or reschedule a session, he will contact you with options for a new date and time or refund you in full, if you prefer.
