Since the introduction of new EU regulations in 2024 and 2026, the only European country we are now able to ship books and some space clearing products to is Germany. We expect to be able to continue to do this until the end of January 2027.

Customers purchasing physical products for delivery to Germany are protected by the EU legal guarantee of conformity. This provides a minimum two-year legal guarantee if an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract.
