Why we can only ship to three countries in mainland Europe now

First the good news
We can still ship our entire range of books and space clearing products (including space clearing kits) to anyone in Great Britain, the USA, and most other countries outside Europe.
If you live in Switzerland, for the time being we can still ship our entire range of books and space clearing products to you, including space clearing kits.
If you live in Norway, we can still ship our entire range of books and space clearing products to you, including space clearing kits, until the end of January 2027.
If you live in Germany, we can still ship books and a limited range of space clearing products to you until the end of January 2027.
Now the not-so-good news
We’re very sorry to announce that new EU regulations introduced in August 2026 have made it prohibitively expensive for us to continue shipping books or products to any EU country except Germany. Many small UK and EU businesses are affected by this, not just us. The regulations have had a devastating effect on businesses and customers alike.

What can you do if you live in the EU?
We do have some options to offer if you would still like to purchase our books or space clearing products.
If you visit Great Britain
If you visit England, Scotland, or Wales, we can ship any items from our full range of books and space clearing products to a secure address where you will be staying, provided you give us sufficient notice.
We cannot arrange, assist with, or advise about onward delivery to the EU or Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for complying with all applicable customs, import, and local regulatory requirements when you return home.

If you visit another country we can ship to
If you visit another country outside Europe and will have a secure address while you are there, we can ship any items from our full range of books and space clearing products to you. Simply enter the shipping address at checkout and add a note to the order stating the dates you will be there.
If you have friends or family in Switzerland, Germany, or Norway
We can deliver any products available for purchase to a friend or family member at their home address in Switzerland, Germany, or Norway. The order must be placed for delivery to that person at their address.
We cannot arrange, assist with, or advise on onward delivery to another country. If the recipient independently decides to forward the parcel, the purchaser and recipient will be responsible for complying with all applicable customs, import, product, and packaging regulations in the destination country, including paying any taxes, duties, or other charges.
We’re very sorry these new regulations have made it impossible for us to continue serving many of our long-standing customers in the EU in the way we have for so many years. We hope these options will at least make it possible for some of you to continue ordering from us.

Sorry about the effects of Brexit. I used to live in Europe but now Australia. We won’t be affected shipment-wise, will we?
Hi Jo – The new EU regulations have nothing to do with Brexit. They affect all small businesses in Europe as well as the UK. The changes are aimed at improving the practices of large corporations. They will be affordable for them, but I’m sure many small companies will go out of business.
For now, we’re still able to ship products to everywhere else in the world, including Australia. However, I understand Australia is planning to introduce packaging and product safety regulations that are similar to the EU’s. We don’t yet know if they will apply to overseas small businesses or not. We’re hoping not!
